A great book. However i did not find the incident that Richard Paul Evans mentioned about Huber's encounter of an old man sitting on a boulder along the AT trail. He was an old man with a daypack. After a small conversation including stranger offering the snicker bar, Colorado sites, and the stranger's words "Post tenebras lutx". they said their goodbys. A minute later, Huber turned to say something in parting, but the stranger was gone and nowhere in sight. I was hoping to find it.

I bought this book for my husand who is NOT an avid reader; but he is an outdoor man. He hasn’t put it down and is thoroughly enjoying it.
